Peel back corner or cut a small slit in film to vent. 3. Microwave on high power for 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Rotate bowl and stir during cooking. 5. Product is very hot. Allow product to stand 2 minutes prior to removing film and serving. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove bowl from carton. Peel back corner or cut a small slit in film to vent. 3. Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. Cook in oven for 30 to 35 minutes. 5. Carefully remove from oven; product is very hot. Allow product to stand 2 minutes prior to removing film and serving. Do not use in toaster oven. Do not reuse tray.
