Feeding Guidelines:
Your dog's requirement may vary from this feeding guide due to age, breed, environment, activity level, and body condition. Adjust food quantities as necessary to maintain optimal weight. Ask your veterinarian if you're unsure about how much to feed your dog.
Nursing dogs may require 2-4 times the amount of adult dogs. Feed as much food as required to maintain the female's ideal body condition.
If you're feeding Newman's Own Advanced Dog Food for the first time, you should gradually adjust your dog's current diet to avoid stomach upset. Simply mix 1/4 part newman's own advanced dog food with your current dog food for 2-3 days. Gradually increase Newman's Own Advanced Dog Food and decrease your current dog food until you are feeding all Newman's Own Advanced Dog Food. This transition should occur over 2-3 weeks.
Keep fresh clean drinking water available at all times.
