Thawing instructions: Place Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for "quick thaw" put fillets in ziplock bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Broiling instructions: Set oven to broil, place thawed Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets 6 inches under heat for 5 minutes or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook thawed Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Microwave instructions: Place thawed Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done.
