Blend thoroughly and pour over 4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into wedges. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake in roasting pan until golden brown. Directions for onion soup: Empty contents of one envelope into one quart boiling water. Simmer 10 minutes with cover on pot. Stir occasionally. Makes four servings.
