Directions	Easy directions: 1. Add the large chili mix pouch to one cup of water in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. 2. Brown 2 lbs. of ground beef...drain the grease. 3. Add one 14.5oz. can of tomatoes (juice 'n all) to the meat. 4. Stir Mixins and water mixture into the meat and tomatoes. If desired, add one drained can of pinto or kidney beans. Bring to a boil. 5. Now add amounts of the small chipotle pepper pouch according to how hot you want it. Tenderfoot Chili (Family Style) - Add half the chipotle mention all the hours it took you in peelin' and roastin' peppers, renderin' beef, and choppin' tomatoes. Outlaw Chili (Full Chipotle Flavor) - Stir in the whole pouch. You'll cook up a pot of red hot enough to drive the in-laws out! Six Gun Chili (hot) - Make the Outlaw Chili shown above, but then go to your pantry and add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper...stir fast if you want to keep the spoon. As an option, the large white pouch of masa flour can be added now to thicken the chili. Simmer uncovered for 30 mins. or longer, stirring occasionally. Now as you stir up the whole mess of chili, whiff the aroma of Southwestern heaven! Enjoy!
