Preparations: 1. In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions, and red bell pepper. 2. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, stir into rice. 4. Add chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired. Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
