Directions	What you need: 1 lb. boneless chicken, beef or pork; cut in strips. 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. sugar, and 1/3 cup water. 2 tbsp. oil. 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 celery stalks; 1/4 inch slices, 2 carrots; cut in matchstick pieces, 1/4 lb. broccoli florets bite size pieces. Preparations: Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above. 1. Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar and water; set aside. 2. In large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned. 3. Add vegetables; stir-fry. 4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened.
