Directions	Blueberry pancake & waffle mix: Pancakes: Preheat greased griddle to 375 degree - 400 degree. Whisk eggs and oil, gradually add water and mix. Let mix sit while griddle is heating. Pour and cook until puffed and full of bubbles, about 1 minute each side. Serve hot. Waffles: Whisk eggs and oil, gradually add water and mix. Let mix sit while greased waffle iron is heating. Pour and cook until golden in color and crispy. Serve hot. For thinner pancakes add more water, for thicker add more mix. For low fat recipe add 2 tbsp of low fat yogurt in place of egg and oil. You may also try applesauce in place of yogurt. *To maintain a 0g trans fat food, prepare using canola, corn or olive oil. 4" pancakes or waffles - mix - water - eggs - oil. 6 -1 cup - 1/2 cup - 1 - 1 tbsp. 12 - 2 cups - 1 cup - 2 - 2 tbsp. 18 - 3 cups - 1-1/2 cups - 3 - 3 tbsp.
