Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 17.0-21.0 in (43.0-53.0 cm). 4. Flex hinge into a "V" shape. 5. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. 6. Repeat this process for both hinges. 7. Adjust as needed. Easy to apply: 1. Adjust position of side hinges (see above). 2. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section.
