Directions Keep frozen/cook thoroughly. Skillet cooking instructions: Remove: Creole spice seasoning from retail bag. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium non stick skillet over medium/high heat. Pour: Vegetables, sausage, shrimp, rice from bag into skillet and saute for 4 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle: Creole seasoning over entire mixture, mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until all ingredients are piping hot and shrimp are pink in appearance. Stir occasionally. Remove: From heat, serve immediately. Cooking times may vary depending upon equipment. Modify times as needed. Product should be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 71 degrees C or 160 degrees F.
