Directions	Cook thoroughly. Preparation instructions: Microwave oven: 1. Keep product in cooking pouch and place on microwaveable plate. (Do not tear pouch). 2. Cook on high 2 minutes 45 seconds. 3. Let stand in pouch 1 minute before serving. 4. Carefully remove omelet crisper from cooking pouch. Use caution when opening, as pouch may contain steam from cooking. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Remove product from cooking pouch and discard pouch. 3. Place product on baking sheet, on middle oven rack. 4. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, flip product over and bake an additional 10 - 12 minutes. 5. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 1 minute before serving. *Due to differences in microwaves and ovens, cook time and temperature settings may vary. Always cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before serving.
