Directions	Chocolate chip cookies: Entire bag Glutino® Gluten Free Pantry™ chocolate chip cookie mix. 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp gluten free vanilla. 3 tbsp honey. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl pour entire bag of mix. Add butter, egg and mix until mixture is crumbly, for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and honey, beat about 3 minutes. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and set 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cookies are golden. Remove and cool. Makes approx. 22-25 cookies. These freeze well. Note: for thicker cookies, chill dough for at least 2 hours before baking.
