Directions	Keep frozen. Roasted protein after roasting to 170 degrees F internal temperature. Basic cooking guide: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place frozen tenderloins in lightly oiled baking pan. 3. Bake 10 minutes, turn and add cooking sauce if desired. 4. Bake an additional 10 minutes until thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Skillet: 1. Heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per tenderloin in a large skillet on medium high heat. 2. Add frozen tenderloins, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 8 minutes. 3. Turn chicken, add cooking sauce if desired and cook for another 5 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium hot. 3. Place frozen tenderloins on rack directly over fire; cover and cook for 10 minutes until thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. 4. Turn once during cooking time.
