Directions	Keep frozen. Fully cooked. Heating instructions: Conventional/toaster oven (preferred methods). 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Remove frozen fillet from pouch, and place in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle oven rack for 15 minutes. 4. Turn over fillet and bake for 10 to 12 more minutes or until fillet reaches 170 degrees F internal temperature. Microwave oven: 1. Cut a 1 inch slit in plastic pouch to vent. 2. Place fillet on microwave safe dish. 3. Microwave on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until fillet reaches 170 degrees F internal temperature. Tip for crispier breading, remove encrusted fillet from pouch and place on a clean paper towel on a microwave safe plate. Cover with another paper towel and microwave for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes on 50% power. Let stand for 30 seconds before serving. Appliances may vary. Heating times are approximate.
