Skillet: preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium high. Stirring occasionally, cook fully. Ground turkey breast should reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
Grill: 1. Spray or grease grill rack to prevent burgers from sticking. 2. Preheat grill on high. 3. Place burgers on grill and lower heat to medium. 4. Cook until meat thermometer inserted in burger registers 170 degrees F.
