Directions	Baking Instructions: You Will Need: For Cake: 2 large Eggs. 1/2 cup Cold water. 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil. For Frosting: 1 tablespoon Margarine or butter (if butter is used, this cake is not pareve). 1 tablespoon Boiling water. Mixing bowl & mixer. Cake Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Mix: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup cold water, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Spread batter evenly in greased pan. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 50‑52 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Frosting Prep: Remove cake from pan and cool thoroughly on rack before frosting. Empty small bag of frosting mix into small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon margarine or butter and mix. Gradually add 1 tablespoon boiling water (until desired spreading consistency is reached). Stir until smooth and spread on completely cooled cake. Makes: About 7 servings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Bake Time: 50‑52 minutes.
