Ingredients	Cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Natural Flavorings, Sodium Nitrite.

Directions	Microwaveable. Keep refrigerated. To bake: place separated slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven, approximately 15-18 min., draining excess drippings as required. To microwave: arrange separated slices of bacon on a paper towel, cover with a second paper towel to prevent spattering. Repeat the process of layering for desired number of slices. Cook in microwave until brown and crisp. Approximate cooking times: 2 slices - 1 1/2 min., 4 slices - 1 1/2 - 2 min., 12 slices - 3 - 5 min. To broil: lay separated slices on rack in broiler pan. Place 4" from heat and broil until crisp but not brittle, turning only once. To pan fry: place separated slices in cold skillet. Cook slowly over low heat; turn and fry until crisp but not brittle. Drain excess drippings as required. Remove each slice as it browns. Drain on paper towel and serve.
