Directions | Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Spinach preparation directions: Microwave: pierce bag with fork. Microwave high 2-3 minutes or until tender. Let stand 1 minute. Lift from corners of bag. Cook time may vary. Caution: bag content will be very hot. Steam: place steamer or basket into pot over about 1/2" water. Add spinach to steamer. Cover tightly and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and steam about 3 - 4 minutes or until tender. Saute: heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and a pinch of salt. Stir 2-2 1/2 minutes on medium heat until just wilted. For the freshest taste use within two days of opening and keep refrigerated in this breathable bag. |
