Directions Ferrara Espresso will make excellent coffee every time either brewing by drip, filter or with any type of espresso machine. Filter or drip method: Measure 1 tablespoon per 6 ounces (3/4 cup) water. Adjust the amount to your taste. Standard espresso machine: Follow manufacturer's directions for coffee amount. Three-part moka espresso maker: Fill up the middle metal filter with coffee. Add water to bottom portion of the maker. Follow the manufacturer's directions. Always use cold water and a clean coffee maker with any method of making espresso. Never allow coffee to boil. Refrigerate after opening package. Try cappuccino for a special treat. Add hot frothed milk to espresso coffee and top with a sprinkling of chocolate powder or cinnamon. Try with our international cafe cookies and confections. To preserve freshness, refrigerate after opening.
