Directions | Warm Dip: Serves 20. You will need: Two 8 oz. bricks cream cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 1. Add softened cream cheese, milk and contents of packet to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. 2. Microwave* on high 2 minutes, whisk until blended. 3. Place back in microwave and heat on high for additional 2.5 minutes. 4. Whisk until smooth and creamy. 5. Refrigerate or discard any unused portions within 2 hours of heating. *1100-watt microwave. Cheeseball: Serves 16. You will need: Two 8 oz. bricks cream cheese. Crushed tortilla chips. 1. Add contents of packet to softened cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and uniform. 2. After the mix is blended, scoop mixture into a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set. Once the mixture has set, use a spoon to remove from the bowl. Roll the mixture into a ball and then roll in your coating of choice, such as crushed tortilla chips. Refrigerate any unused portion. |
