Directions	Serving suggestions: Our Alessi princess sauce is best when heated only to the point of being ready to serve. Overheating results in the continuation of cooking and changes the flavor. Stir in one jar of Alessi princess sauce and 1/4 cup of vodka. Stir until heated. Spoon sauce over cooked, drained ravioli or "al dente" pasta. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
