| Directions | Refrigerate after opening. Cooking instructions: Cut open package with scissors or knife. Put ham slices in skillet or griddle at 350 degrees for 60 seconds per side. Add a little coffee to ham for a "red eye" gravy flavor: soak in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to reduce salt in product before cooking. To charcoal: place ham slices on charcoal grill about 3" from hot coals. Grill until surface of product reaches a temperature at least 160 degrees. Serve in bun with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise or your favorite vegetables. To bake: preheat oven to 350 degrees, wrap slices of ham in aluminum foil. Bake in oven for 12 minutes. "Makes ham moist and tender". To microwave: place 1 slice with edges snipped on paper plate covered with white paper towel. Cook 2 minutes on full power (1000-watt oven). |
