Directions Keep frozen. Thawing instructions. For best results thaw chops in the refrigerator before cooking. For quick thawing, place chops in cold running water, while still in their wrapper (approx. 30 minutes). Cooking instructions: For the grill. Place chops on lightly greased grill over medium coals. Grill 6 to 9 minutes per side or until internal temperature of 155-160 degrees. Turn chops on their side to brown bacon. For the broiler. Preheat broiler. Remove packaging and place chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-5 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Turn chops on their side to brown bacon. For the braising. Brown chops in a small amount of oil (if needed) over medium heat approximately 3 minutes per side; drain fat. Add a small amount of liquid (approximately 1/3 cup for 4 chops). Cover; simmer on top of stove or in a moderate oven (325 degrees) for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Turn chops on their side to brown bacon. Test for doneness: cook to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees.
