Directions | Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 10 minutes. Makes 5 servings. You will need: 1 pkg. Old Bay® Salmon Classic®. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, and flaked*. *Or use 1 lb. fresh salmon, cooked and flaked. Directions: 1. Mix Salmon Classic and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; gently toss until well mixed. 2. Shape into 5 patties. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until browned, turning once. Serve with McCormick® Tartar Sauce. Recipe: Confetti Salmon Cakes: Prepare Salmon Classic mixture as directed above. Stir in 1/4 cup finely chopped vegetables such as carrots, bell pepper, onion or zucchini. Shape into patties. Cook as directed above. Flavorful tip: Stir in 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped, or 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion. |
