Remove from heat, drain water from pasta, stir in garlic butter pouch, less 1 tablespoon with hot pasta. (Fresh pasta nests can be microwaved for 2 minutes on high, covered, in a vented microwave safe container, with 2 cups of water until nests break apart easily if stove top is not an option.).
Step 3 - Place salmon fillets on a baking tray, add 1/4 cup of water or white wine to spread evenly across the baking tray. Cover salmon and bake for 18-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved.
Step 4 - Take remaining garlic butter, add to saute pan over medium heat, add sweet potato nest and cover. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. (Sweet potato spaghetti nests can be microwaved for 2 minutes on high, covered, in a vented microwave safe container, with 2 cups of water until tender If microwaved, drain water, add garlic butter, toss until melted and salt and pepper to taste.).
