| Directions | Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Wrap ribs in a double layer of aluminum foil and place in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake for 2 hours or to an internal temperature of 190°F. 4. Open foil and place ribs under broiler for 3-4 minutes until browned. Oven temperatures may vary; times are approximate. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium low heat. 2. Wrap ribs in a double layer of aluminum foil and place on grill rack for 90 minutes. 3. Cook to an internal temperature of 190°F to 200°F. 4. Remove ribs from foil and place directly over heat for 5 minutes per side or until evenly browned. 5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. |
