Directions	Stove top directions: Appliance performance varies - adjustment to cooking time may be required. Serves 5-6. 1. Dice a medium onion and gently fry with 2 tbsp. of olive oil until golden brown over high heat. 2. Add the contents of the bag and 1 cup of white wine. Allow wine to evaporate. Stir occasionally. 3. Continue this process until risotto reaches a creamy texture. Rice should be tender but firm. Approximately 18-20 minutes. 5. Allow risotto to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving. 6. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
