| Directions | Keep refrigerated. For patties: Shape into 4 oz patties, about 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Skillet: preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500 degrees F to 600 degrees F.
