| Directions | Moisten pork pieces with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below, measure mixture into shaker bag or onto plate. Shake or coat 1 or 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. Bake* on ungreased or foil-lined 15"x10" metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. These cooking times are only a guide. Chicken pieces - 2 to 3. Coating mix - 1/4 packet. Conventional oven bake at 425 degrees F† with bones - 20 minutes / boneless /skinless - 15 minutes. Chicken pieces - 4 to 5. Coating mix - 1/2 packet. Conventional oven bake at 425 degrees F† with bones - 25 minutes / boneless /skinless - 18 minutes. Chicken pieces - 6 to 8. Coating mix - 1 packet. Conventional oven bake at 425 degrees F† with bones - 30 minutes / boneless /skinless - 20 minutes. Conventional or toaster oven: do not cover.
