Maximize your enjoyment with these handy tips: Place bread in a plastic bag (i.e., Ziploc) or enclose it with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature. Never refrigerate the bread - it will stale faster. Our bakers recommend "refreshing" the crust by removing the bread from the plastic and placing the bread in a hot oven - 350 degrees F - for three to five minutes. The crust will regain its crispiness and flavor and the crumb will have a softer texture.
