Directions	Preparation instructions: 1. Place oven rack in lowest position. Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Grease a 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. 2. Combine pizza crust mix and 1/2 cup hot water (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F); stir about 30 strokes with fork or until well-blended. Shape dough into a ball (If dough is too sticky, add 1 to 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour). Brush with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. 3. Press dough with floured fingers into pan. Generously prick dough with fork. 4. Bake at 475 degrees F on lowest oven rack for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. 5. Top crust as desired. Bake an additional 9 to 11 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated. Deep dish instructions: 1. Place oven rack in lowest position. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 1-1/2 inch round pan. 2. Mix dough as directed above. 3. Press dough with floured fingers on bottom and 1 inch up the side of pan. 4. Top crust as desired. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
