Directions | Refrigerate after opening. Heating instructions. Stove top: Heat tortillas in an ungreased skillet for about 30 seconds, turning as needed until both sides are warm. Conventional oven: Wrap several tortillas in aluminum foil and place in oven preheated to 350(degrees) F for about 5-10 minutes or until tortillas are warm. Microwave: Wrap several tortillas in a damp paper towel. Heat for 10-15 seconds or until the tortillas are warm. Philly Cheesesteak Wrap. Thinly slice 1/4 cup onion and 1/4 cup bell pepper. Very thinly slice 4 oz. of steak. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil on medium high. Saute onion and pepper until caramelized. Push to the side. Add steak to pan and sauce, turning frequently until desired degree of doneness. Toss steak with onion and peppers. Place 1 tortilla on a microwave safe plate and warm for 15 seconds. Spoon steak mixture onto tortilla. Top with 1 slice of American or Provolone cheese. Fold tortilla over mixture. Roll up, tucking in sides as you roll. Try adding your favorite steak sauce to the mix. Makes 1 serving. Burrito folding instructions. 1. Place filling in center of tortilla. 2. Fold one side about 2/3 of the way over the filling. 3. Fold two sides in and crease them inward at the top. 4. Roll the tortilla until it is completely sealed. Wrap folding instructions: 1. Place filling down the middle of the tortilla a little closer to the top. 2. Fold the bottom flap up. 3. Fold over left flap to "pack" the filling. 4. Create a small fold with the right side of the tortilla. 5. Fold over right flap. |
