Directions	Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Pan fry with oil* (recommended method). Heat cooking oil* in skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes. Cover with a lid and fry for 10-12 minutes turning once for uniform cooking. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. A non-stick spray may be used in place of oil. *It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated cooking oil. Pan fry with water: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water.
