Directions | Keep frozen. Microwavable. Cooking instructions: Microwave oven: Do not pierce, puncture, or open steam bag before microwaving. 1. Gently massage bag to break apart vegetables before cooking. 2. Place frozen, unopened bag in microwave directions side up. 3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time. Wattage - 700-800 - 900-1000 - 1100 - 1200. Cooking min - 6min - 5 1/2 min - 5 min. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution bag will be hot. 5. Carefully cut bag open. 6. Carefully pour vegetables from bag. 7. Season to taste. Refrigerate any leftovers. Stove top: bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. To store: keep package frozen until ready to use. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) or lower. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed. Place in microwave this side up. |
