Microwave: Combine desired amount of frozen vegetables and 5 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe casserole dish; cover. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes* or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2-3 minutes.

Stovetop: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Bring to a second boil. Stir; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 4-6 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Drain, season to taste and serve.
To store: Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
