Directions	Cooking Instructions: Microwave: place frozen vegetable and 1/3 cup water into 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Cover and cook on high 4 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 5 to 7 minutes. Let stand covered 4-5 minutes. Drain; season and serve. Simmer: For each 8 ounces (approximately 1/4 bag) of broccoli florets, bring 1/3 cup water to boil. Add vegetable and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam: Pour 8 ounces (approximately 1/4 bag) of broccoli florets in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 8 to 10 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. To store: Keep frozen until ready to use. Store at 0°F (-18°C). Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
