Directions All you will need: 1/2 Cup hot water. First: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie mix and hot water. Stir together until moistened, mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Let the mix "rest" for about 5 minutes. Drop: Drop approximately 1 tablespoon of mix onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart to achieve the cookies. Bake: Bake 15-17 minutes or until desired golden brown color is achieved. *Ovens may vary. Let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool completely. Store covered. More ways to make macaroons! Bake and cool as directed. Drizzle melted semi-sweet baking chips over the macaroons. Drop mix on cookie sheet as directed. Press gently with fork to flatten. Bake and cool as directed. Dip half in melting chocolate and place on parchment. Drop mix on cookie sheet as directed. Press center with thumb. Bake and cool as directed. Fill center with jam, chocolate or frosting.
