Directions	Easy and energy-saving cooking: Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently. Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 18 minutes. Ready to serve. Stovetop cooking instruction: Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 litres) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 17-18 minutes? or until desired tenderness is reached (2 minutes less for oven cooking). Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well.
