| Directions | Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times. Cooking Instructions: To fry: Fry bacon in skillet over low heat. Turn frequently allowing slices to brown evenly. To bake: Place bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Pre-heating of oven is not required. Bake at 400°F for approximately 15 minutes. No turning necessary.
