If you don't eat it all (it happens), there are two options. To refresh the crust: Place Ciabatta on a 375°F preheated oven rack for about 4-5 minutes. To freeze: Wrap Ciabatta tightly in plastic and then in a freezer bag. When you are ready to eat more: Remove from bag and wrapping and place frozen bread in a 375°F preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!!
