Directions	Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Since cooking methods vary, cooking time and temperature may require adjustment. Cook product thoroughly to 165°F before eating. Always use caution when handling hot items. Microwave (preferred method): 1. Remove tray from carton. Pierce film 4-5 times with fork. 2. Place in microwave and heat: 700 Watts ... 1100 Watts. 3:30 Minutes ... 2:30 Minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat an additional: 2:00 Minute ... 1:00 Minute. 3. Let stand 1 minute, stir thoroughly before serving. Stovetop: 1. Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon water to a non-stick 10" skillet. 2. Remove tray from carton, discard film and pour contents of tray into skillet. 3. Cover and cook rice for 8-9 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. For the yaki (pan-fry) touch... After noodles have cooked, spread out uniformly in pan and turn heat up to medium-high, cooking an additional 30 seconds (don't stir!).
