Directions	All you need for cake: 1 Cup water. 1 Egg. Baking instructions: 1. Set oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine mix, water and egg in a bowl. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until mix is blended. Pour batter into ungreased pan. For muffins, spray pan with no-stick cooking spray or line pan with paper baking cups. We recommend using Crisco® no-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F as directed or until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Pan size - 8x8-inch. Bake time - 25 to 30 min. Pan size - 9x9-inch. Bake time - 20 to 25 min. Pan size - 12 muffins. Bake time - 15 to 20 min. Tips: Serve warm with whipped cream, ice cream, applesauce, or orange marmalade. To reheat, cover gingerbread with foil. Heat at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
