Directions | YOU WILL NEED: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ lb.) 2 cups potatoes cut in 1” pieces 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen whole green beans or your favorite frozen vegetables 1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Place chicken into 13x9x2” baking dish. Arrange potatoes around chicken. Top potatoes with green beans.
