After roasting, sprinkle them on rice, vegetables or salads to add a sesame flavor as well as a color accent. Try them in bread baking! Sesame seeds are best if dry roasted just before their use. Put the seeds in a heavy ungreased pan and place over medium heat. Toast for about one minute while shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from heat immediately and serve. Nutritional information.
