Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Careful, because product will be hot. Do not reuse tray. Do not prepare in a conventional oven.
Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all microwave ovens.
Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
Microwave oven:
Remove frozen tray from outer carton. Lift corner of film to vent.
Using a 100 watt model, cook on high for 3 minutes. Pull back film, stir product and cook on high for another 2 minutes.
Or.
Using a 700 watt model, cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Pull back film, stir product and cook on high for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Stir and let stand for 1 minute before eating.
