| Directions | Make chili in 2 easy steps! You will need: 1 lb lean ground beef, 1 1/2 cups water, 1 pkt chili seasoning mix, 1 jar (16 oz) salsa and 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained. 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in water, seasoning mix, salsa and beans. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers. Make Nachos! Serve chili over tortilla chips. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream. |
