Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Ravioli have been a part of the Italian culture for centuries. Originally, they used a blend of greens and cheeses that were folded into delicate pasta shells. In keeping with this tradition, Amy's Spinach Ravioli are made with organic spinach, tomatoes and onions with creamy ricotta cheese inside tender pasta, covered with our special tomato sauce, then sprinkled with parmesan cheese for a finishing touch.
