Directions	Amy's snacks can be microwaved, but they're at their crispy best when baked in the oven or toaster oven and served warm. Regular & toaster ovens: Preferred method. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange frozen snacks on ungreased cookie sheet so that no snacks are touching. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until heated throughout. Serve immediately. Microwave oven: Arrange frozen snacks on microwave-safe dish evenly so that no snacks are touching. Place in center of microwave. Cook on high for 2 minutes, rotate 1/4 turn and cook an additional 30-45 seconds or until heated throughout. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Other Description	After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. Our products are made with the finest organic ingredients and prepare with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would use in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy and her friends love our Spinach Pizza even though they don't ordinarily like to eat spinach. So we thought, why not save ourselves the trouble of cooking and cutting up the whole pizzas when she has a party. Let's have Amy's Kitchen take the same delicious topping and make a snack out of it. And that's what we did. Our chefs filled tender crusts with organic chopped spinach, feta and mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce to create bite sized snacks that are quick and easy to bake in the oven, taste great and are fun to eat.
