Directions	Perishable. Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Nacho snacks: Amy's Snacks can be microwaved, but they're at their crispy best when baked in the oven or toaster oven and served warm. Overheating can cause filling to spill out. Regular & toaster ovens: preferred method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange frozen snacks on ungreased cookie sheet so that no snacks are touching. Cook at 350 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until heated throughout. Serve immediately. Microwave oven: Arrange frozen snacks on microwave-safe dish evenly so that no snacks are touching. Place in center of microwave. Cook on high for 1 minute, rotate 1/4 turn and cook an additional 15-45 seconds or until heated throughout. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Other Description	After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. Our products are made with the finest organic ingredients and prepared with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would use in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's product. When she was fourteen Amy had her first cooking lesson from our chef, Fred. He spread out a variety of ingredients and said, "Make something!" Amy went to work and within an hour had created a delicious mixture of Cheddar and Jack cheeses, olives, jalapeno peppers, organic pinto beans and tomatoes, all wrapped in a mini tortilla. We knew right away that this would be a new product. Beginners luck? Serve Amy's Nacho Snacks and we're sure you and your guests will be delighted. Recently we were planning the menu for a friend's 30th anniversary celebration and couldn't figure out what to serve as hors d'oeuvres. Amy's dad came up with a great idea. Why not serve snack sized versions of our popular pocket sandwiches? We did and everyone loved them, so now we're making them available to you.
