Directions	Microwave or regular oven. Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove bowl from box and remove overwrap. Cover with foil (foil should not touch food). Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Microwave oven: Remove from box. Make a 1-inch slit in the top of the overwrap. Cook on high for 3-5 minutes, or until hot. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Other Description	After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to-prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We've placed a soft corn tortilla between a layer of brown rice, shredded vegetables and sweet corn and a layer of black beans and cheese. We cover it all with a blend of our tomatillo and ranchero sauces to make this flavorful, but not too spicy, 230 calorie meal.
